Sales Policy:

All animals are sold in a first come first serve basis.  A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required

to hold any animal from sales list. If after 60 days the balance is not paid in full the animal

is then placed back on sales list and deposit is retained, no refunds or credit is given in these cases.

   No animal that has a balance due on it will be taken from property unless agreement

is reached between both parties.  All animals will remain on sales list until payment

is received in full.
